He hasn't been fighting much recently. After all, he's lost his last three fights. He was a commentator for HBO boxing for a while but was let go at the end of last year as he's still looking forward to fighting. His next fight is currently scheduled for July 29. he hasnt offically retired, and is still ranked in the sanction bodies for light heavy. still at 38 and having not won a significant fight in a long time, a lot of his "career" is throwing out names of fighters who might give him a shot at a redemption legacy sealing fight. Basically he may have one more fight somewhere down the line but he is essentially done.

there has been some talk that roy jones is going to fight bernard hopkins. i'm not sure when.
