Mayweather finishes by saying he doesnt want to face strong champions because he is older.

Is this is straight out admission of cherry pcking?

What do you make of it?

Floyd fans, will you buy all 6 PPV's regardless of the level of opponent?

What is the point in watching fights where you know the odds are stacked on Mayweathers side. It seems like the fights would be rather boring because you would want to watch 2 fighters giving it their all, not one fighter trying to beat Mayweather and Mayweather on cruise control.

I agree will Billy with him being smart but i think he should just retire gracefully after the Cotto fight.

Mega Balls, The win on Ortiz was perfectly legal and you can see why Mayweather did it but it wasn't exactly fair. If Mayweather wasn't pissed off he would have given him a second to get his guard up like most other fighters would have because that would have been sports man like.

To be fair he said he will fight 5 more times and he doesn't want all five to be strong champions. He has been fighting champions his whole career, so he don't want to take a loss in the last fight of his career because he fought the next best welter of the next era. He will be older and slower so he wants a weaker opponent to finish his career the way he started, with a victory not a loss so someone can say they retired Floyd Mayweather...lol

I think he is being smart because he is older now and he definetly looked it in his press conference with cotto. How is this an admission of cherry picking when he hasnt cherry picked? If he is a cherry picker what is pac the biggest cherry picker alive he fought 3 of his left overs in the past 5 years dude. I think he wants to retire undeafeted and he dosent want to fight the biggest challanges out there because maybe he thinks hes slowing down first thing that gies is a fighters speed and thats his bread and butter.

Mayweather has been fighting and winning for 16 years undefeated .Do you know that is well over twice as long as most great fighters stay undefeated before losing a fight? Do you think after 16 years he just might deserve a easy fight suppose we let you pick his next opponent. Who do you want to see him fight? We all want Manny but we know that is not going to happen q. Who else? POST IT AND LET THE FORUM WEIGH IN ON IT.

So what's your point ,it's not like Pacquiao is fighting strong champions either ,i bet Pacquiao can't do the job to Ortiz that Mayweather did.
