You should spar the way you're going to be fighting your next opponent. Your trainer will get the right sparring partners for you.some pros were very easy on their sparring partners, while others went through 3-4 in a day. Tough job being a sparring partner. Controlling both your fear and aggression in the ring is a major part of boxing. When YOU lose control, then you really lose. Good luck.

In boxing the smartest fighter will win almost all of the time. Notice I put 'smartest' not the angriest or even the toughest but the smartest. Boxing is called the 'sweet science' for a reason and the reason is because there is a science involved. I was oblivious of how much was going on in the boxing ring when I 1st watched the 'hands of stone' Roberto Duran win the world middleweight championship at the age of 37 from Iran 'the blade' Barkley in 1989 but I knew that there was an awful lot more than met the untrained eye. 144 amateur and 27 professional boxing matches later I can tell anyone with confidence that anger has no place in boxing unless you use it to fuel an experienced arsenal of acquired skills. If you loose your composure with an experienced fighter they will be able to put you down where ever they choose to.

No. Sparring is practice, you should use that anger in a REAL fight, and not a sparring match, or you'll use sparring partners. Use your sparring experience and apply it to a real boxing fight.

No; going berserk is unacceptable. If you can't take a punch without getting angry, and potentially seriously hurting your sparring partner, you shouldn't be in the ring.
