They are 2 of the greatest boxers of all time yet most people hate them there style is impetuous and there defense is in pregnable and when floyd returns and beats pacman i hope all of you on Y/A STFU

Tysons style and defence wasn't impetuous or inpregnable when Douglas, Holyfield, Lewis, Williams and McBride fought him.



Mike Tyson fought has beens and past champions, and lived and thrived on his opponents fear. Once Douglas thrashed him, everybody knew how to beat him. Tyson banked on a one punch knockout, once that failed, it was game over for iron Mike! Tyson was the youngest ever fighter to win the heavyweight title, and the youngest ever to lose the title! After 1990, Tyson was not a menacing, dominant force with the new generation of the big guys! Tyson's KO record looks good, but his record against champions and good fighters is crap!



I can't see why Floyd Mayweather jr is under-rated, he's won 5 world titles in 5 divisions and remained undefeated in doing so. NO other fighter in history has achieved that feat, and probably never will. Floyd is an astonishing talent, maybe people are ridiculing him, to goad him out of retirement to face Miguel Cotto or Antonio Margarito, or maybe even try a 6th weight and try to outbox Middleweight king Kelly Pavlik, which I think he could do!



Mike Tyson wouldn't make the top 20 of the all time great heavyweights, but Floyd Mayweather would make the greatest top 5 list of ANY era!

How could Floyd be underrated when he retired as the no. 1 pound for pound? In a Floyd vs. Pacquiao fight, Floyd is the logical choice for placing bets. However, Floyd is so easy to hate while Pacman is so easy to love. I bet most fans would root for the underdog.



As for Mike Tyson, he never would have matched up against the likes of George Foreman, Muhammed Ali, Sonny Liston in their time. He couldn't even match up againt Hollyfield in his.

How is Floyd Mayweather underrated? He's been given more publicity for his amazing speed than most boxers. He's even a rap artist under the name Money Mayweather and has 50 cent in his corner! How is that underrated? What else do you, a golden statue of his **** in central new york?



As for Mike Tyson - he wasn't a boxer. He was a street fighter. That's why the only way he could win his fights was by screaming "I'm gonna eat your dead babies" at his enemies so they toe-to-toe him and he could slug it out. But when Lennox Lewis came and didn't fall for it, kept him on his jab and BOXED him, Tyson fell.

Mayweather is REALLY overrated! He is given way too much credit. In his last 5 fights he fought for the money and refused to fight any top contender.



Tyson on the other hand made himself look stupid by fighting for the money when he had lost his passion for the sport. Loosing to bums does not really look great ya now? And yes Tyson fought because he had no money. Plus Tyson never got "big fights" in his prime.

,I love to see them lose,tyson did big time, Floyd hiding, he going to fight again pacman,and lose, same as oscar, hard time with his last opponent because of not fighting enough. out of it, he just choose his matches, not taking any chances so he wont lose, there tons of good fighter at 140 to 148. boxing is unforgivable with out training everyday,
