Rocky Marciano, hands down the best all-time fighter. 49-0 lifetime record and 43 were KO's. If that dosen't rank you as best all-time then what will ??? And don't try to say it was a different era of boxing because getting hit in the head never changes!!! Plus he KO the Bronx Boomer in 1951 another great boxer in my books. Sure Ali was great and Tyson in his prime was great but you wanted all-time great, not 70's or 90's great ...all-time great. His record will NEVER be touched by any fighter ever!!!!

hard to pick just one! By weight class or by dominance? different eras and different "competition" make this question fun and debatable!
It's tough to argue against Ali, but Tyson was more dominant prior to title and briefly after gaining the title. Of course so was Holmes-- LOL. So, there goes that point! I think styles make fights, but my vote goes to Marciano!
