After he fought holmes, spinks...I honestly think mike can beat lennox easily.....Because for me when he fought lewis, tyson is not in his prime no more...What do you think will happen if tyson fought lewis in his prime?

If Lewis took 8 rounds to KO some hugely overweight blob that looked like Tyson, then a prime Tyson would KO Lennox. No doubt about it. Lewis had a good jab, but it was not fast, which means Tyson would be able to parry the jab, shoulder roll the jab or slip Lewis' jab. Tyson would bob and weave and make Lennox miss most his punches. People don't seem to understand how damn skilled a prime Tyson was. There are many subtleties in his style that many people are not aware of and/or miss when they see him fight.
1987/1988 Tyson would KO Lewis. Lewis did not have good footwork and could not get away from that hook that is bound to land at some point.
Tyson KO6 Lewis.

of their respective primes, Tyson wins for positive. Tyson changed into an rather energetic fighter who in his suitable defended his call 10 cases. the end result's Tyson, with the aid of TKO. They fought at the same time as Lennox changed into in his suitable and purely about 10 years after Tyson's suitable, and it nonetheless took Lewis 8 rounds to get the pastime executed. i imagine Mike Tyson is an appropriate 10 heavy of all time, yet i imagine Lewis- in spite of his win over Tyson is outdoors the suitable 10.

I appreciate that you think Tyson would win, but it could never be easy. The late eighties Tyson v the Steward trained Lennox Lewis. I pick Lewis. His chin isn't a frail as people make out, he had a great jab, enormous right hand and was a big guy, escpecially in comparison to Tyson. Lewis was also fast for his size and knew how to finish his opponent off. Mike finds alot of adversity in Lewis and doesn't know how to handle it. Lewis by KO, but he has to try alot harder than he did in 2002.

i say tyson round 4 knockout
lewis's jab would only help him so much with a prime tyson

The result would have been the exact same result that happened in 2002.
Lewis is always going to too big and too rangy for Tyson, sticking his great jab in Tyson's face and landing his right hand at will, using Tyson's aggressiveness against him. Then, in about the 9th or tenth round, Lewis lands that big right hand of his and out goes Tyson.

lewis' jab would give tyson problems. but a younger tyson was faster and would fight back.
i see two scenarios;
1 lewis controls the fight just as buster douglas did.
2 tyson does to lewis what mc call and rachman did.
three times out of four, lewis wins by ko in 8 to 10 rounds ko, or by decision if tyson constantly holds.

I have to agree with dt on this one. I personaly think Tyson was the fastest heavy weight that ever lived. His speed and agressivness would of overwelhmed the overrated lewis.
