Maybe I read this wrong, but somebody said that Manny is equal to Mosley and Mayweather, but Mosley and Mayweather brings more to the table than Manny.

I don't know what to make of this statement. Do anybody really watch boxing any more? Do you really understand how it works? If not, you should STFU and keep your non sense out of here.

First off all 3 men are fast handed fighters. Mosley and Manny has more power. Manny and Floyd is faster than Mosley. Floyd has better defense than both Manny and Mosley. Manny's punch output is more than both Floyd and Mosley. Manny punches with better combinations than both Floyd and Shane. They all dictate and control the ring better than anyone out there at WW. Manny and Shane can both punch with power in both hands. Floyd is the better showman. Manny and Shane has more heart than Floyd, but Floyd's heart has never been tested besides maybe the DLH fight. Shane has the best chin out of the 3. They are all smart fighters as well. So, where is it that Shane and Floyd bring more to the table. In my eyes the best all around fighter of the 3 is Manny. But hey, maybe I'm just biased because I enjoy watching guys like Manny, Chad Dawson, Nonito Donaire, Timothy Bradley, and Paul Williams fight. They all fight exciting fights (except Dawson because of lack of competition), and they all throw combinations consistently. Floyd and Shane fight in spurts and seldomly throw combinations.

Anyways your thoughts on who has the most skills out of the 3......

They are all pretty solid boxers, and if they ever fight each other we will know who the best is, until then it's all speculation. I have always said that Shane Mosley had the best chance to beat Floyd Mayweather Jr., I figured Shane's speed and quickness were for the most part equal to Floyd's and Shane had better power. Provided nothing happens to prevent the fight, we will find out if I was correct in May.

I think styles make fights, and if anyone tries to stand and slug with Manny Pacquiao, they won't last long, that includes both Shane and Floyd. Shane just might try and slug with Manny, Mosley was always too brave for his own good, and Vernon Forrest already made Shane pay. Floyd on the other hand is a runner, and seeing Manny chasing Floyd for 12 rounds eating a jab here and there while Floyd avoids any serious exchanges is a real possibility. Such a tactic worked for Sugar Ray Leonard against Duran in their second fight, and Floyd might be able to avoid Manny enough to escape with a better performance than Clottey could, Mayweather has better counter punching and better speed than Clottey.

They don't bring "better" skills, they bring different styles, as to which one is the most effective, that depends on the individual.

I agree with some of what you said. All three are talented elite fighters. I think Manny has fought the same type of fighter in all his fights, punching bags that really have no movement. Marquez is the most skillful fighter he ever fought IMO. You give Mayweather no credit for heart, even though he's won fights with torn rotator cuffs and broken hands, if that doesn't take heart I don't know what does. I think Manny and Mayweather have better chins than Mosley who was almost KO'ed by Vernon Forrest. I think Mayweather is far more accurate of a puncher, evident by compubox. I think Mosley's power is a little overrated, considering he's really only knocked out bums, except Margarito where he exposed his inability to take body punches.

I think overall Mayweather has the most skills of all three. He's the most accurate puncher, best defense, as fast if not faster than Mosley and Manny, and IMO his power is very underrated. I think it's a tie for second between Mosley and Pac. Pac is a more accurate than Mosley, but completely lacks defense. Clottey was able to hit Pac with whatever he threw only problem is he didn't throw much. Mosley has good power and speed, he also has better defense than Pac.

i opt to work out the two, i think of IF Manny beats Cotto, then Pacquiao/Mayweather could be larger than a Mayweather/Mosley yet the two one in each and every of them are great fights. i think of Clottey could supply a good account of himself with the two Manny or Floyd besides. The welterweight branch is a lot and away the main gifted in boxing, and matching any of the authentic a million/2 dozen or so welterweigths makes for a great combat.

Floyd brings more skill then either fighter, maybe not physical talent, i think they are all gifted, but skill he comes from a family of fighters so it's almost routine for him like reflex as it was for Roy Jones from his time with his father. He can stand and brawl, dance, duck and slip and has accuracy. Mosley is the stronger of the three with a better chin but that may be because I have just seen him get hit more then either guy. Pacquiao is faster with his hands for combos and has relentless stamina his power is better then Floyd's but for one shot not as good as Mosley. The mental toughness of all three is pretty high. I think Pacquiao has more determination then either but Shane is close. Floyd's determination is to win. As a boxer Floyd is better then all three. Pacquiao is a brawler. Shane is brawler also. I like boxers but that's just me i don't give points for aggression alone if its not hurting the guy.

No, he doesn't have better or even equal skills to either of those fighters. Manny is a really good offensive fighter, he's a tough guy, who has good stamina. I've heard a lot of people question Mayweather's heart and say his style is boring. I don't get any of that. Zab Judah was tested floyd early, Floyd weathered his storm and walked Judah down and took him apart. He was tested against Castillo, Demarcus Corely, ODLH, Famoso Hernandez.

How many times does the guy have to prove himself before people stop saying he is a runner, or he is boring? He's a pure boxer. Pure boxers don't take punches. They don't put themselves in vunerable positions. They stick and move, use angles.

You are 100% right!!!

Except you said, Floyd is the better showman,...that statement makes NO sense!!! Floyd is a boring "safe" defensive fighter,...HARDLY what ANYONE would call a "showman!" Manny has the aggressive entertaining knockout fighter style that would be considered a "showman!"

Other than that,... I agree with you 100%.

Of course Manny has the most skill of the three,...Why do you think all the experts rate Manny at number 1 pound for pound, and have Floyd at number 2, and Shane at number 3-4.

They don't rank fighters by tossing names into the air, and seeing which one lands on the number 1 spot,...

Manny is the better of the three and if you want to see what would happen to Mosley watch Manny fight Cotto and as far as Mayweather is concerned he wouldn't stand a chance because lets face it Mayweather is fast but what does he do to beat a guy faster, stronger, and more heart. Its like they said in the clottey fight.Yes Clottey had a good defense but eventually when your fighting a guy like pacquiao you will have to fight back and realize he is averaging 100 punches thrown every round so trying to out point him is stupid and trying to knock him out is stupid because Mayweather couldn't even knock out Marquez and Marquez was done in there fight early and still finished there fight

Skills order:

Money

Shane

Manny

The main difference between Money and Shane is that Money is a little quicker which makes a big difference.

Money and Shane would slaughter Manny if Manny was not JUICED.

Money and Shane will have to get JUICED to slaughter JUICE HEAD Manny.

The winner of the upcoming fight is the best fighter out of the 3 .. . . .

I think Floyd would have a harder time with Shane than with the Pedman

Clottey vs Pacquiao only proves that defensive boxers are boring to watch like clottey and Mayweather

No one seems to remember that before Mayweather fought De La Hoya he was almost booed out of the sport for being so boring.
