Mayweather's elbows would've done the same on Ortiz's. Anyway none of that will happen because the fight was scripted and staged.

Mayweather did get cut. His lip was split open. The headbutt could have done more damage than that. It could have broken Mayweather's nose or cut him above his eye or something.
